Michele's Famous Spinach Dip

Here's the recipe:

 1 (16 oz) package sour cream*
 ¾ cup mayonnaise*
 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
 1 (4 oz) can of water chestnuts (drained and chopped)

 * Regular or Lowfat

 Directions:

 Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, dry vegetable soup mix, spinach and
 water chestnuts.  Chill in refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.

 Stir mixture and serve.

 I actually made the lowfat version for Breakthrough, but you probably don't
 want to advertise that!
